Okay, to the title of this blog is slightly misleading, I am not a Pro-Blogger, not yet at least, nor do I claim to be, not yet at least. However, I am taking my first steps in a long journey to being a Pro-Blogger.

About me:
I started my web career 5 years ago (in 2000), I taught myself everything I needed, from basic HTML, and site marketing, and later-on CSS, PHP and SEO. I even did it for profit (and still do) as a webmaster / developer / seo.

What qualify me as a newbie?
So I am not exactly a newbie, but to be honest, besides knowing how to upload the WordPress script into my server, I have no adventage over someone else. Okay, I lied, I also have something I can write about and talk about for ages, but doesn’t everyone have that?

Why would I want to blog?

• Because it looks cool, it is the cool thing to do, and everyone does it…
• I think it will greatly improve the way I express myself in writing, and the process that goes from developing an idea to eventually writing about it.
• It will force me to read and learn more about my fields of interest, and therefore, help me professionally.
• Lastly, it may, eventually, be another source of income for me.

That is a bit about myself and my motive to get into blogging. I will soon post my gameplan to getting my blogging venture going.
